Job duties

• Coordinate and track shipments from origin to delivery
• Manage shipping documentation, manifests, and bills of lading
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers on order status
• Monitor warehouse inventory and arrange for goods receiving and dispatch
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
• Track KPIs and report on delivery performance and fleet metrics
• Troubleshoot delays and resolve customer service issues
• Assist with route optimization and capacity planning

Minimum requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or transportation
• Proficiency with logistics software (TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred qualifications
• Experience in trucking or freight logistics
• Knowledge of DOT compliance and safety regulations
• Familiarity with load planning and freight rate negotiation
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Preferred qualifications
• Experience in trucking or freight operations
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance
• Familiarity with dispatch software systems
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus

• Prior trucking or fleet maintenance background
